Dimple Idalou Pennington

MOSS– Funeral Services for Ms. Dimple Idalou Pennington, age 73, of Moss, Tennessee will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Upton Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Doc Hall Cemetery, Luke Meadows, Jr and Kevin Donaldson will officiate.

Bobby Kerr, Michael Stafford, Jonathan & Nathan Odle, Caleb Stafford and Josh Watson served as pallbearers.

Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Friday and 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Upton Funeral Home.

Ms. Dimple Idalou Pennington passed away Thursday, March 28, 2013 at the Cumberland River Medical Center in Celina, Tennessee.

Dimple was born December 25, 1939 in Clay Co., Tennessee to the late Luke Lee Meadows, Sr. and the late Nellie Evelyn (Walker) Schassberger. Dimple married the late Billy Wayne Pennington on July 07, 1957 in Clay Co., Tennessee. Dimple was a homemaker and member of the Moss Church of Christ.

She is survived by Son: Billy Wayne Pennington, II of Moss, Tennessee, Daughters: Tina Mae (Bobby Lee) Kerr of Celina, Tennessee and Gina Ann (Michael) Stafford of Whitleyville, Tennessee, Brothers: Glenn Meadows of Celina, Tennessee and Luke Meadows, Jr. of Bowling Green, Ohio, Sister: Ruth Brown of Celina, Tennessee, Grandchildren: Jessecca Odle, Terilyn Odle, Joshua Watson, Lewis Reece, and Caleb Stafford and 5 Great-grandchildren.
