Ms. Dianna Lynn (Church) Crawford, age 68 of Cookeville, TN died on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Dianna was born April 9, 1948 in Parkersburg, West Virginia to the late Carl Church and her mother, Dorothy (Clark) Church. Other than her father she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Crawford who she was married to for more than 49 years before his death in February of 2015. She was also preceded in death by her brother, William Church. Dianna was a loving wife to Jerry and into their loving union there were two sons born, Ronald and William. She worked in the food service industry as a waitress for most of her adult career.

She is survived by her sons, William Crawford and Randall Crawford of Cookeville, TN, mother, Dorothy Church of West Virginia,  1 brother, Robert Church of West Virginia, 2 sisters, Corma Flemming and Jane Church both of West Virginia. 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren as well as a host of other family and friends also survive.
