Ms. Debra Faye Chambers, age 55 of the Baptist Ridge Community of Clay County, TN passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.  Friends and family will officiate and interment will follow in the Doc Hall Cemetery. Visitation will be at Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Friday from 5:0 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from, 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Debra is survived by her mother, Frona Bea Ellis of the Baptist Ridge Community of Clay County, TN; 2 daughters, Michelle Chambers Proctor and husband, Joseph of Mt. Juliet, TN and Elissa Marie Chambers (Gaviria) of Mt. Juliet, TN; 2 brothers, Ronald Ellis of Indianapolis, IN and Terry Ellis of Indianapolis, IN; 2 sisters, Margaret Ellis Wilson of Indianapolis, IN and Judy Huston of the Baptist Ridge Community of Clay County, TN; 3 grandchildren, Eric Mathew Gaviria, Jason Thomas Proctor and Caroline Rose Proctor as well as a great-uncle, Willie Frank Hall and a host of friends also mourn her passing.
