Mr. David Cornell Smith, age 78, of Moss, TN passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at his residence.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home with Richard Smith officiating and interment to follow in the Moore Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, May 21, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, May 22, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service.

He is survived by his son, David Smith and wife Jennifer; daughter, Tonya Smith-Anderson; grandchildren, Kelsey Melton and husband Logan, Lei-Ane Smith and Cole Smith; great-grandchildren, Lathan, Kelsen, and Halle Jo Melton; sisters, Virginia Smith-Barrett, Eva Nell Moore, Nora White and husband Jimmy, Diane Taylor and husband Steve; brothers, Cornelius Smith and wife Wanda and Kent Smith and wife Susie; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors that will mourn his passing.
