Mr. Charlie H. Raines, age 81 of Celina, TN passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Celina Health & Rehabilitation Center in Celina, TN surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 13, 2017 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.  Jim Blankenship will officiate and burial will follow in the Williams Cemetery. Visitation will be at Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service at 2:00 p.m. at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Charlie is survived by his wife, Earline Raines of Celina, TN; 1 daughter, Janie Page and husband, Ollie of Celina, TN; 1 son, James Raines of Celina, TN;1 brother, Walter Raines and wife, Glenda of Celina, TN; 3 sisters, Betty Adams, Dean Green, and Faye Daniels and husband, Al all of Celina, TN; 5 grandchildren, James Lewis Raines, Bridgett Hayes, Jimmy Raines, William Taylor Russell and Dawson Russell; 5 great-grandchildren, Adriana, Aspen, Abby, McKinley, Cason and Abram as well as a host of other family and friends also survive.
