Mr. Champ Boles age 62 of Celina, TN passed away Friday, October 28, 2016 at Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN.

Visitation will be Monday, October 31, 2016 1:00 p.m.-3:00p.m at Upton-Hay Funeral Home with Graveside Services at 3:00p.m at Ashlock Cemetery.

Champ is survived by his Wife, Elizabeth Boles of Celina, TN; 2 sons, Mark Jenkins and Dusty Boles both of Celina, TN; 1 granddaughter, Eliza Jenkins of Celina, TN; 1 brother, Buddy Boles and wife, Susie of Indianapolis, IN; 3 sisters, Betty Clinton and husband, Ed of Anderson, IN, Trudy Garland and husband, Terry of Newburn, NC, Linda Houstrup and husband, Paul of Cookeville, TN. 1 uncle, Vester Boles of Indianapolis, IN as well as several nieces and nephews also mourn his passing.
