Ms. Bonnie Kate Collins age 58 of Celina, TN passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN.

Memorial Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home. Dr. Kenneth Beaty will officiate. Visitation will be at Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Saturday from 12:00 noon until the time of the service at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Bonnie is survived by her Husband, Steve Collins of Celina, TN; 1 son, Jason Collins of Celina, TN; 2 daughters, Shannon MacFarquhar and husband, Mack of Gainesboro, TN and Carrie Carroll and husband, Danny of Celina, TN; 1 brother, James Barlow of Allons, TN and 5 grandchildren, Payton, John Tanner and Collin Dodson, Izzy MacFarquhar and Noah Groce who mourn her passing.
