Mr. Billy Russell, age 82, of Celina, TN passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

The family has chosen cremation with no further arrangements to be announced.

He is survived by his spouse, Shirley Russell; sons, John Thomas Russell, William Dale Russell, and Terry Copass; 4 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn his passing.
