Ms. Billie Jean Johnson age 84 of Red Boiling Springs, TN passed away Friday, September 23, 2016 at the Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 26, 2016 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home. Kenny Westmoreland will officiate and interment will follow in the Cherry-Anderson Cemetery. Visitation will be at Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday from, 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Billie Jean is survived by 2 sons, Ronnie Allen Brown and wife, Mary of Petersburg, IN and James Brown of Oak Grove, TN; 1 daughter, Judy Sims and husband, Joe of Oak Grove, TN; 3 brothers, Gurstle Hammons and wife, Sharon of Moss, TN, Arthur Hammons and wife, Faye of Columbia, TN, and Richie Hammons and wife, Shirley of Springfield, TN. 5 grandchildren, Ronnie Brown, Jr., Lori Denise Johnson, Bryan Evans, Joseph Sims and Adam Sims, 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild, a special caregiver, Eva Nell Bow and a host of other family and friends also mourn her passing.
