Ms. Billie Edwin Collins age 85 of Celina, TN passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the Celina Health & Rehabilitation Center in Celina, TN.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home. Kenny Westmoreland & John West will officiate and interment to follow in the Martin Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Monday, February 26, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 8 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. until the service time at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Billie is survived by 2 sons, William Collins and wife, Georgia of Sparta, TN and Luke Collins and Wife, Angela of Celina, TN; 1 daughter, Patricia Collins of Celina, TN; 7 grandchildren, April, Tammy, Amy, Cody, Abbigail, Anna Rae, Allison and Adaya; 3 great-grandchildren, Cody, James and Jacob as well as a host of other family and friends who also mourn her passing.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested in the form of gifts to the residents and staff the Celina Health & Rehabilitation Center.
