Mr. Bill "Steve" Collins, age 75, of Celina, TN passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2024, in Clay County.

Memorial service will be held Saturday August 31, 2024, at 12:00 pm. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, August 31, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until time for the service to begin.

He is survived by his daughters, Shannon Mac Farquhar (Mac) and Carrie Carroll; 5 grandchildren, Payton, John Tanner, and Collin Dodson, Noah Groce and Izzy MacFarquhar; and 3 great-grandchildren, Blaire and Jagger Dodson, Swae Hamilton; brother, Royce Collins; 2 sisters, Pat Moore and Sue Strong; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn his passing.
