Ms. Bertha Ella Sweezy age 88 of Moss, TN passed away Friday, October 7, 2016 at St. Thomas- West Hospital in Nashville, TN.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 10, 2016 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home. Dennis Miller will officiate and interment will follow in the Macedonia Cemetery. Visitation will be at Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. and on Monday from, 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Bertha is survived by 2 grandsons, Michael Dale Sweezy and wife Tammy and Phillip Dale Sweezy and wife Amy of Moss,TN; 1 daughter-in-law Wanda Sweezy of Moss, TN; 1 brother Clayton Strong of Tipton, IN;and 5 great-grandchildren Joshua Tyler Sweezy, Heather Michelle Sweezy, Phillip Logan Sweezy, Hailey Alexandria Sweezy, and McKenzie Jane Ella Sweezy.
