Mr. Amon Hoover Kendall, age 91, of Moss, TN, passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 9, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home, with interment to follow in the Moss Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, May 8, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 9, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service.

He is survived by his spouse, Neldine York Kendall; 3 sons, Billy Kendall, Shawn (Brandi) Kendall, and Shannon (Jodi) Kendall; 3 daughters, Kay (Nebert) Trobaugh, Karen Sue Smith, and Amanda Machelle Sharp, 25 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn his passing.
