Mr. Alton Roach age 82 of the Pea Ridge Community of Clay County, TN passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at the Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN.

Funeral Services for Alton Roach will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 22, 2018 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home with Willie Kerr officiating and interment to follow at the Thompson-Webb Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Sunday, January 21, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday, January 22, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. until the service time at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Alton is survived by his wife, Joyce Roach of the Pea Ridge Community of Clay County; 2 daughters, Donna Goodman and husband, David and Tammy Capps and husband, David all of the Pea Ridge Community of Clay County; 1 brother, Jessie Roach, Jr. and wife, Jean of Indianapolis, IN; 3 sisters, Betty Louis Groce of Indianapolis, IN, Elise Nicole Cecil and husband, Richard and Wanda Jean Mack and husband, Raymond all of Tuttle, OK; 5 grandchildren, Richard Todd Riddle, Sonya Nicole May, Britany Lynn Huckeby, Winter Rischele Pruitt, and Cherokee Cheyenne Capps; 8 great-grandchildren, Kenady, Addie, Landrey, Briar, Sylas, Samuel, Aiden and Caden; several cousins, nieces and nephews; 1 special sister-in-law, Frances Clark Roach of Austin, TX as well as many other family and friends who mourn his passing.
