Mrs. Alice Poindexter, age 90, of Celina, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022, at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 7, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Upton Hay Funeral Home with Will Perdue officiating and interment to follow in the Tinsley Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, August 6, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Sunday, August 7, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service.

She is survived by her son, Billy Poindexter; grandchildren, Carrie Westmoreland, Monica Lewis, Felicia Barlow, Jodi Poindexter, Spencer Poindexter, and Bobby Poindexter; great-grandchildren, Ashton, Hannah, Ethan, Collin, Aubrey Westmoreland, Preston, Dolan, Ivan Barlow, and Maddie Poindexter; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn her passing.
