Ms. Sharon Lee Clements, age 50 of Celina, TN passed away on Monday, October 23, 2017 at the Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville, KY surrounded by her devoted parents.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.  Tim McHenry will officiate and interment will follow in the Doc Hall Cemetery. Visitation will be at Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. until time for the service at 1:00 p.m. at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Sharon is survived by her parents, James and Katherine Clements of Celina, TN; 1 aunt, Reba Bowman of Hixson, TN; 1 uncle, Robert Abney of the Baptist Ridge Community of Clay County, TN as well as a host of other family and friends who mourn her passing.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Doc Hall Cemetery.
