Ms. Mary Emma Scobey Reneau, age 100 of Celina, TN passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2017 at Celina Health & Rehabilitation Center in Celina, TN.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.  Family will officiate and interment will follow in the Fitzgerald Cemetery. Visitation will be at Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Monday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Tuesday 3:00p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from, 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Mary Emma was born Wednesday, March 21, 1917 to the late R. Loyd and Corinne (Spence) Scobey, other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James H. Reneau Jr., son James H. Reneau III (Jimmy), daughter Corinne McLerran, great granddaughter Samantha McLerran and two brothers R.L Scobey Jr. and David Scobey.

Mary Emma is survived by 1 daughter, Mary Loyd Reneau of Celina; 5 Grandchildren, Johnny (Joann) McLerran, Joe (Karen) McLerran, and Al (Norma) McLerrran, Gina (Rusty) Getter and Dawn Weed. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to Clay County Museum.
