Geraldine E. Britton, 83 of Clarksville, passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Clarksville Nursing and Rehab.
A Celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 28, 2016 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Bro. Don Helton and Bro. Alan Hutchison officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Sunday, and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service on Monday.
Geraldine was born on June 29, 1932 in Celina, TN, the daughter of the late David Ell Eads and Geneva Blanche Jones. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Billy G. Britton and daughter, Leah Elisabeth Britton. Geraldine was a member of Oakland Church of Christ and a homemaker.
Survivors include her sons, Mark (Sylvia) Britton and Thomas Carter Britton; daughter, Laurie (Joe) Vinson; brother, James Thomas (Jo Helen) Eads; grandchildren, David Britton, Jon Britton, Sarah (Landon) Bagwell, Samuel Britton, and Lydia Britton; great-grandchildren, Elenore Britton, Amelia Britton, and Luke Bagwell.
Pallbearers will be David Britton, Jon Britton, Samuel Britton, Landon Bagwell, Joe Vinson, and Wyatt Mullins.
