Champ was a good man and loved his family. I enjoyed the time I got to talk with him and the things he shared with me. I will remember his family in my thoughts and prayers. Rest In Peace until we meet again.

Steven,
I want you to know, just how much you, and your family, made me and my family feel welcomed, whenever we were there in Celina or when we were altogether in Florida. I want you to know this, everybody can be a father, but only a few can be a dad. Your father deserves the title of "Dad"! Losing a member of the family is never easy, especially one who offered such unconditional love like Uncle Champ. I loved him, and he was truly the only one who made me, and my girls feel like we were part of the Webb family. May the good Lord above, have his angels surround you, and your son during this difficult time, is my prayer for you both. May he go rest high on the mountain, because his work on earth is done.
With heartfelt love Uncle Champ, your loving niece, Sandy (Evelyn's daughter).

Steven,
It's been many years since I have seen you and your dad. Champ was a special man and I so remember enjoying my days when I was there at your home as a child. I am so sorry for your loss and you and your family will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. Hold tight to your son and the Lord and they will help to bring you comfort. May you find peace in knowing your dads love love for you and your son. May God Bless you during this difficult time.
Thoughts and prayers,
Laurie (Sandys daughter), Danny, Haleigh and Daniel Epperson

I was lucky enough to know Champ for the past 36 years at Colonial. He was always a great friend and a steady influence on the people that worked with him. We have always admired his Faith and his love of his family. He will be greatly missed by all of us in the Nashville office as well as throughout or company. We know he is in a better place. Our condolences to the family and may God grant you peace during this difficult time.
