Mark,
So saddened to learn of Anna's passing. Gosh, we've known Anna since we were still pretty new at this doctoring thing. We've loved her since way back then, and you too Mark, when she gave us permission to.
She will certainly be missed by all who knew her, but none, I'm sure, as much as you. You couldn't help but to love her with that infectious smile and gentle spirit she had.
I pray she is as happy now as she was with you and as healthy as she dreamed she could be.
